Asim H. Akhund is the Company Secretary of Cyan Limited since March 15, 2022, he has practiced law through premier law firms in Pakistan. He holds an LLM degree from the University of London and is a member of Sindh and Karachi Bar Councils as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Pakistan and a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
Mr. Akhund has diversified experience with various industries including FMCGs, investments, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals at senior positions in legal, compliance and company secretarial roles.
Kiran Hassan
(Head of Internal Audit)
Ms. Kiran Hassan is the Head of Internal Audit of Cyan. She began her profession with Cyan in July 2019. She is a Fellow Cost and Management Accountants (FCMA) and has more than 11 years of diversified experience in the field of Finance, Internal Audit, Controls & Risk Management in local and multinational companies.
Syeda Humaira Akhtar
(Investment Associate)
Humaira holds more than nine years of diversified experience in the capital market of Pakistan. She brings in expertise in financial modelling, investment and security analysis, portfolio management, investment advisory and credit analysis. Humaira has worked with renowned Financial Institutions of Pakistan including United Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, KASB Securities, BMA Capital. Before joining Cyan, she was working as a Head of Equities & Research at BMA Asset Management Company. She is a double Gold Medalist and holds a Masters degree in Finance from Institute of Business Management. Ms. Akhtar is also a CFA and FRM charter holder.
