Osama Musharraf is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), with over six years of experience in external audit, finance, and taxation. He is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cyan Limited, while also continuing his key role at Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, a publicly listed company and holding company of Engro Corporation, where he directly reports to the CFO.

Before taking on his role at Cyan Limited, Osama was actively involved in financial management and reporting at Dawood Hercules, contributing to the company’s financial oversight and growth. He also brings valuable experience from his tenure at EY Pakistan, where he worked across a broad spectrum of industries, strengthening his expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and taxation.
