Imran Chagani is currently the Company Secretary of Cyan Limited. Mr. Chagani is also the serving secretary of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (DLL) and Dawood Hercules Corporation (DH Corp). Mr. Chagani joined the Group in 2011 as an Assistant Manager Shares of DLL and got promoted to the Company Secretary position in October 2016. Mr. Chagani has since had an experience with company secretarial matters in a publicly listed company such as DLL & its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Chagani worked for ORIX Investment Bank (Pakistan) Limited and ORIX Leasing (Pakistan) Limited.
